Shipping Rules

1. SG Domestic Delivery – 3-5 business day delivery
   1. Delivery after office hours (7 to 10pm) will be subjected to a S$80 surcharge
   2. No Delivery charges for all purchases self-collected.
   3. Delivery without elevator access (via staircase) excess of S$30 imposed per level

Returns

RETURN POLICY – We accept exchange or return within 15 days from the date you received the order. – Original receipt must be presented for exchange or return. – Original product is required. Exchanged or returned product(s) must be in its new and original condition, original product packaging attached with its original price tags and labels.
